Job Title

Physical Therapist - Newborn

Department: University Hospital | Newborn Hearing

The Newborn Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to the newborn population in both the well-baby and neonatal intensive care units. Responsible for the evaluation & development of a comprehensive care plan for all patients. Functions within a team concept of rehab professionals.

Documents on patients' abilities, progress, and outcomes. Provides quality services to an assigned group of patients and performs duties associated with patient care and participation in interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education or experience. Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist. 0 years of relevant experience required; 1- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
