Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including individual, group, and family counseling for clients in the Intensive Outpatient Program. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care to ensure continuity throughout the recovery process.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess an active Delaware LCSW or LPCMH license. At least three years of clinical experience in substance use or behavioral health settings is preferred.
