What You Need
- AOTA-accredited OT degree (BS, MS, OTD)
- NBCOT certified or eligible
- Tennessee OT license

Requirements
Candidates must hold an AOTA-accredited OT degree and be NBCOT certified or eligible. A Tennessee OT license is required, and experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is considered a plus.
