Job Description
The Licensed Professional Counselor conducts psychosocial evaluations, provides individual and group psychotherapy, care management services and discharge planning. Develops and implements patient treatment plans and participates in treatment team conferences. Relies on education, experience and judgment to accomplish job. Works under supervision required by regulation and licensing board. Creativity and some latitudes are expected to complete responsibilities.

The Licensed Professional Counselor performs psychosocial evaluations and provides individual and group psychotherapy. They are responsible for developing patient treatment plans, managing care, and coordinating discharge planning within a treatment team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Counseling and a current State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors License and BLS Certification. At least one year of experience in a counseling or social service setting is required.
