Physical Therapist I, II or III

Key Responsibilities

Provide early intervention physical therapy services to children ages birth to 3 years in their natural environments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve child mobility and function.

Requirements

Requires a master's degree in physical therapy and a current Oklahoma license as a Physical Therapist. Candidates must have professional experience ranging from zero to two years depending on the level, with a doctorate preferred.
