Key Responsibilities

  • develop cognitive and dialectical behavioral skills, and provide a supportive environment for addressing lif.
  • provide ongoing mental health counseling to a caseload of 6 youth, aged 15-20.

Requirements

  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential setting or working with foster youth preferred.
  • Will take an applicant who has a limited permit.
  • Must have familiarity with or willing to acquire skills in DBT, MST, FFT, Trauma Informed Treatment and other treatment modalities.
  • Must have familiarity and or knowledge of adolescent development.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
