The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides treatment, management, and diagnostic evaluation for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies. They conduct therapeutic procedures, monitor mechanical ventilation, and initiate respiratory support in emergency settings.
Candidates must be licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Washington and hold RRT certification from the NBRC. An Associate or Baccalaureate degree from a CoARC accredited program is required, along with BLS and NRP certifications.
