Requirements

$120,000 base salary, No RVU's and paid malpractice insurance.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities

Perform adult and pediatric assessments and manage follow-ups for lab and diagnostic testing. Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and staff while adhering to HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Licensure & Certifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited PA program with a current Ohio license and BLS certification. A minimum of two years of experience in a family practice setting is preferred.
