About the Role
Join Greater Good Health as a Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth, No Weekends in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting annual wellness visits/managing high
- risk primarily via telehealth, with possible in
- home visits.
- Thoroughly documenting medical histories, symptoms, and medication information
Requirements
- Current Utah Nurse Practitioner license
- licensed in Montana, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington preferred
- Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP
- 2 + years of clinical experience as a NP in either Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology or Palliative Care. Home care experience is a plus
