Onsite EAP Counselor - Per Diem - Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities

The Onsite EAP Counselor provides behavioral health services including assessment, referral, crisis intervention, and management consultation to employees and leadership. They also conduct onsite training, wellness seminars, and maintain accurate clinical case documentation in compliance with regulatory policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline and possess a current, unrestricted independent practice license. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting is required, along with the ability to work onsite.
