About the Role

Join Independence Health System as a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN WEEKEND in United States. * Delivers direct and indirect patient care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of care. * Performs and/or assists with patient care needs including activities of daily living as directed.

Requirements

Completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field.

Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment.

Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience. Preferred Qualifications

One (1) year experience in an acute psychiatric inpatient setting, mental health crisis response service or related behavioral health program. License, Certification & Clearances

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.
