Key Responsibilities
Administer medically prescribed respiratory care modalities to patients as permitted by a provisional license. Provide interdisciplinary communication, monitor patient conditions, and educate patients and families on therapy plans.
Requirements
Must be a respiratory therapy student in the final semester of a program with an approved provisional license from the State of Oklahoma. Requires current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and the ability to obtain further certifications like NRP, ACLS, or PALS.
