Requirements

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.

Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.

Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.

Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.

Salary: $314,137-450,000

Signing bonus: $314,000.

Malpractice insurance covered.

Student loan repayment assistance.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No call required.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient care to a diverse and complex patient population within the INI Headache Clinic. Participate in program development, research, and the strategic growth of the ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency.
