About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage medication inventory, and supervise pharmacy technicians.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
What You’ll Do
Review and safely dispense prescriptions according to legal and clinical requirements
Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians and manage daily staffing schedules
Oversee medication inventory, stocking, labeling, and expiration control
Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and records
Provide patients with clear medication information and guidance
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, HIPAA, and Fraud, Waste & Abuse requirements
Maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Support technician performance, development, and accountability
Partner with senior management on staffing and performance matters
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida Pharmacist (PharmD) License – required
3–5+ years of retail pharmacy management experience
Previous pharmacy leadership/management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience using pharmacy/patient management systems
Fluent in English and Spanish – required
Important: Candidates must already hold an active Florida Pharmacist License. Applicants whose license is pending or still in process will not be considered.
