Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license.

• DEA and CDS certification (or eligibility).

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: Pay rate15 - Pay rate45/hour.
