About the Role

Join SUN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH GROUP as a HCBS Therapist, Licensed - Outpatient Therapy in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy through in‑person or telehealth sessions

Complete documentation within required timeframes per Medicaid Coverage Policy 8C

Maintain compliance with all outpatient service standards and MCO guidelines

Oversee administrative tasks including intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, and productivity

Requirements

Respond promptly and professionally to new referrals and ensure all stakeholders remain informed

Participate in supervision, CEUs, and agency‑required training to maintain licensure

Perform additional duties as assigned

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited graduate program Licensure:

Fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) Experience:
