About the Role
Join SUN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH GROUP as a HCBS Therapist, Licensed - Outpatient Therapy in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy through in‑person or telehealth sessions
- Complete documentation within required timeframes per Medicaid Coverage Policy 8C
- Maintain compliance with all outpatient service standards and MCO guidelines
- Oversee administrative tasks including intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, and productivity
Requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to new referrals and ensure all stakeholders remain informed
- Participate in supervision, CEUs, and agency‑required training to maintain licensure
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements Education
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited graduate program Licensure:
- Fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) Experience:
