Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to assess functional impairments and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence. They will deliver care within assisted living facilities and document services in compliance with state and facility standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active or pending state license. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with the geriatric population are required.
