About the Role

Join Henry Street Settlement as a Behavioral Health Shift Supervisor – $45K in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, coaching, and conduct performance evaluations for assigned staff

• Provide guidance and support to ensure staff follow program policies and Henry Street Settlement Values Client Services

• Utilizing a client strength base and trauma informed approach and interview prospective residents and complete intake documentation

• Conduct client assessments and document changes in condition or service needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in human services, behavioral health Shelter, or a related field

• Ability to obtain the following certifications within the first three (3) months of employment:

• CPR/First Aid

• Fire Safety Director / Fire Safety and Alarm Systems (F

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $45K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Night or evening shifts may be required.
