The Advanced Practice Provider will provide developmentally appropriate health maintenance, episodic care, and comprehensive management for pediatric patients in PICU and CICU settings. They will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans while maintaining clinical documentation and fostering patient-family relationships.
Candidates must hold either a Bachelor's degree as a Physician Assistant with Texas Medical Board certification or a Master's degree in nursing with appropriate Texas licensure. Strong preference is given to those with prior PICU and CICU experience and relevant acute care certifications.
