Participate in direct patient care through interdisciplinary rounds and manage specific medication therapies according to approved policies. Supervise satellite pharmacy activities, including sterile product processing and provider-initiated pharmacy consults.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree and current licensure in the State of Delaware. An ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent acute care experience is preferred, along with board certification.
