Somersworth, NH | $85,000–$95,000 + profit sharing + $5,000 sign-on bonus
40-minute 1:1 treatments. No double booking. No weekends.
WV Physical Therapy is opening our second location in Somersworth, and we're looking for an experienced PT who wants to continue treating patients while helping lead and develop a clinical team.
This isn't a role where you'll leave patient care behind. You'll treat, mentor clinicians, help build the team, improve systems, and have meaningful ownership over what happens inside your clinic.
What You'll Do
- Treat patients in a 1:1 model
- Lead, coach and develop the clinical team
- Help onboard and mentor PTs
- Maintain high clinical standards
- Give feedback and handle difficult conversations when needed
- Help solve difficult clinical cases
- Improve clinical and operational systems
- Help grow the Somersworth clinic
What We're Looking For
- Licensed/eligible Physical Therapist
- At least 2 years of outpatient experience
- Strong clinician who enjoys helping other PTs improve
- Someone who sees problems and wants to help solve them
- Leadership experience is valuable, but not required

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Director will treat patients using a 1:1 model while leading, coaching, and developing the clinical team. They are responsible for improving operational systems, mentoring staff, and maintaining high clinical standards at the new clinic location.
Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed or eligible Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient experience. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to clinical excellence are required for this role.
