Job Description

  • Outpatient Physical Therapist — Brooklyn, Heights, NY
  • New-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
  • Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000
  • (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

New for 2026: Eligible PTs may also choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
  • Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
