Physician - Infectious Diseases

Key Responsibilities

The physician will perform in-patient attending consultation rounds and maintain a weekly ambulatory clinic while providing specialty content updates. Additionally, the role involves training medical students, residents, and fellows while participating in formal scholarship and research activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold Internal Medicine board certification and have completed an accredited Infectious Diseases Fellowship program by the date of hire. The role also requires obtaining a Kansas medical license and achieving Infectious Diseases board certification within one year of appointment.
