Harbors Home Health & Hospice is looking for a PER DIEM Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing the excellent patient care that Harbors' is known for. Looking for a team member that is confident in their abilities, and passionate in supporting our community. Providing patient care in home health gives you the autonomy to exercise your skills and develop the best care plan for the patient.

requires a WA State Occupational Therapy License drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract vehicle insurance with a dependable vehicle (possible fleet care availability)

Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes and deliver individualized, one-on-one care. Develop care plans tailored to each patient's needs while supporting the community through high-quality home health care.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Washington State occupational therapy license and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle. Current CPR/BLS certification is also required.
