Why Join Us?

Who You Are

You bring a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution, a current state optometry license or eligibility for licensure, and experience using electronic health records.

Beyond your clinical qualifications, you are a thoughtful, caring clinician who values meaningful patient connections and takes pride in creating a calm, supportive experience from exam to follow-up.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy educating patients, answering questions with patience and clarity, and partnering with the team to ensure each person feels informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit.
