Key Responsibilities
Provide patient services delegated by a Registered Physical Therapist and assist in the development of rehabilitative plans of care. Participate in the preparation of clinical progress notes and perform patient assessments under professional supervision.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an approved two-year Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a valid state license. Candidates are required to have current CPR (BLS) certification and the ability to travel to patient homes.
