Menlo Medical Clinic (MMC), a partner of Stanford Medicine, has an opportunity for a full-time Otolaryngology Physician (ENT) to join our well-established practice in Menlo Park, CA. We offer excellent compensation, collegial support in a multispecialty practice that prioritizes physician self-governance, autonomy, and well-being.

Position Details

  • Full-time (1.0 FTE) is 32 hours/4 days per week.
  • Partner alongside one other ENT physician.
  • Flexible Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 9a -5p.
  • ENT clinicians see approximately 25 – 28 patients per day.
  • No weekend clinic or inpatient responsibilities.
  • Looking for a general otolaryngologist who is interested in practicing the full scope of the specialty.
  • No emergency room or hospital call.
  • Partnership track: Provisional status with opportunity to join the Partnership after two years.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must possess a MD or DO degree.
  • Board-certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Currently licensed to practice within CA or must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license.
  • Availability to start on September 1, 2027, but can accommodate a summer start.

Compensation

Provisional: Guaranteed salary starting at $510K and potential for higher depending on experience for full-time position.

Clinical support services including Diabetes educator, Clinical Pharmacist, Integrated Behavioral Health and Social support, Stanford Medicine specialist electronic consultations.

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide full-scope otolaryngology care to patients in a clinic setting with approximately 25-28 patient encounters per day. The role involves collaborating with a multispecialty team and Stanford Medicine faculty without any emergency room or hospital call responsibilities.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree and be board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology. A valid California medical license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
