The Clinical Pharmacist provides distributive and clinical pharmacy services to ensure rational and appropriate drug therapy for patients. They also supervise pharmacy technicians and participate in clinical initiatives as defined by the department.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college and possess a valid New York State Pharmacist license. A minimum of 4 years of hospital pharmacy practice experience is preferred.
