Work-Life Balance: Focus on clinical care and practice leadership with the support of an established operational team

What You'll Do

As an Owner Dentist at Platinum Dental, you'll combine clinical excellence with leadership and business ownership to help build a successful, patient-centered practice.

  • Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure before starting
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
  • Leadership mindset with a desire to guide, develop, and support a dental team
  • Interest in practice ownership, business growth, and long-term financial success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
