You will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans while conducting FBAs and developing innovative ABA programs. Additionally, you will provide parent education and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires successful completion of a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam.
