Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist Staff provides safe and effective medication therapy to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role ensures the completion and documentation of all work, including that performed by technicians.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and hold a current Oklahoma Pharmacy license, along with completing 15 hours of approved continuing education annually. Effective communication in English is mandatory, and previous Home Health experience is preferred for the Samaritan Only assignment.
