About the Role
The Director of Clinical Services leads clinical operations across Planned Parenthood of Southern New England's health centers in Connecticut and Rhode Island. This leadership role partners with the Clinical Support Team to ensure high-quality, person-centered reproductive health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Lead Clinicians, Lab Manager, and Clinical Research Coordinator.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and departments to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Plan, write policies, coordinate, and evaluate healthcare services.
