The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients to restore function and mobility while designing and implementing individualized care plans. They are also responsible for supervising clinical staff, conducting resident screenings, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida and possess a Lymphedema Certification. One year of experience in long-term care is desirable, along with a willingness to work weekends.
