Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker provides clinical support and counseling to congregate housing participants with histories of homelessness, mental health needs, and substance use. They collaborate with case managers to ensure effective service delivery, psychosocial assessments, and wraparound support for senior residents.
Requirements
A Master of Social Work (MSW) is required, with an LMSW and experience working with older adults experiencing homelessness preferred. Candidates should possess strong clinical documentation skills and experience supporting individuals affected by trauma or incarceration.
