Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs initial assessments, generates OASIS documentation, and provides physician-prescribed therapy to patients in their homes. They also collaborate with healthcare personnel to develop and revise patient care plans while instructing families on home programs.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapist curriculum and hold a current Texas state license. Two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to complete OASIS documentation and exercise independent judgment.
