The physician will provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management for seniors. They will also collaborate with integrated care teams and contribute to the clinic's strategic initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and be board certified or eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine. A valid, unrestricted medical license and DEA license in the state of Florida are required.
