About the Role

Join Eventide Senior Living Communities as a Social Worker – Full Time, M-F in [object Object].

Key Responsibilities

Assists with the process of resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Completes all necessary documentation and screenings according to the federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

Is knowledgeable about Eventide’s offerings and provides more detailed information on Eventide’s continuum of care to prospective clients and families.

Provides information, counseling, referrals, orientation, and education for staff, residents, families, and the community and is available as a resource to other providers and interested parties.

Acts as a facility resource to provide intervention with difficult resident and family issues, utilizing grievance and conflict resolution skills.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is preferred, along with previous healthcare social work experience, preferably in long-term care. Candidates must possess or be eligible for a current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in Nebraska and must be in good standing in all states where licensure was or is held.
