Key Responsibilities

The Night Lead provides direct care and shift leadership for adults experiencing mental health, substance use challenges, and homelessness. Responsibilities include monitoring participant well-being, facilitating skill development, managing shift operations, and ensuring a safe, trauma-informed environment.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required, with one to two years of related experience preferred. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications such as Medication Aide and CPR/First Aid.
