Job Description
DESCRIPTION
TeamHealth is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible emergency medicine
physician to join our team at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio - a
community recognized as one of the best places to live in Ohio.
This is an EM physician role offering you the opportunity to practice clinically
in a well‑supported emergency department while working collaboratively with an
established emergency medicine residency program.

* Annual ED Volume: 56,000
* ED Beds: 42
* Acuity: Medium-High, 25% admission rate
* Level II trauma center
* Comprehensive Stroke Center, Heart & Vascular Center, and NICU
* Cath lab, MRI, and PET/CT scanners available
* Coverage: 51 hours of physician and 33 hours of APC coverage
* Shifts: 8 to 10 hours
* EMR: Epic
* Main training site for St. Rita's EM residency program

Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide clinical emergency medicine services within a high-acuity department and collaborate with the established emergency medicine residency program. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care in a Level II trauma center environment.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine. The position is open to new graduates and supports H1B visa holders.
