Job Description
Job Details: Job Location: Medical Office Building (MOB) - Oklahoma City, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Days, The Physician Assistant is a state licensed mid-level practitioner responsible for primary healthcare services to patients in the physician practice setting and hospital in accordance with established policies and procedures of McBride Orthopedic Hospital Physicians.
This is a safety sensitive position. *ZR Qualifications: The Physician Assistant must be a graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the American Associations Council on Medical Education. The PA must be registered with the DEA and OSBNDD.
Must possess Basic Life Support Certification for healthcare providers. Possess or be willing to obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification. Minimum of one year of experience in Orthopedics in a healthcare hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant provides primary healthcare services to patients in both physician practice and hospital settings. They must operate in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program and hold current DEA and OSBNDD registrations. A minimum of one year of experience in an orthopedic hospital setting is required, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
