Physician - Mobile ECMO-Cardio - UMMC, Mi

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide 24/7 emergency response for ECMO initiation and management for patients suffering from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. They are responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, performing ultrasound-guided cannulations, and managing complex patient care during transport.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine degree and have at least 3 years of experience in cardiology or critical care. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for Minnesota medical practice licensure and complete the required CRM certification process.
