The Occupational Therapist will administer evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to patients in their homes. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical records, supervising support staff, and educating families on home therapy programs.
Candidates must be graduates of an AOTA-approved program, hold a current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license, and possess at least two years of healthcare experience. Strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to multiple locations are required.
