AuBurn Pharmacy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Pharmacist at our Retail Pharmacies in Lamar, MO. Hours of the store are M-F 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.

This position will focus on all aspects of retail pharmacy including: order entry and review, pharmacy operations management, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations.

This requires someone who is open to innovation, outgoing, assertive, great at multi-tasking, customer focused, detail-oriented and someone who has leadership skills including people management and excellent communication skills. Experience with leading a small retail team and pharmacy management is preferred. Licensed in Missouri is required.

We are independently owned and operated for 29 years and consist of 30 pharmacy locations in Kansas and Missouri, with operations support at our Corporate Office in Garnett, KS. Key Responsibilities

The Staff Pharmacist will manage retail pharmacy operations, including order entry, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations. They will also lead a small retail team while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed in Missouri and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Previous experience in retail pharmacy management and leading a small team is preferred.
