Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities to improve mobility and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document patient progress within the EMR system.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice and possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and patient transfers, and hold current CPR certification.
