About the Role

Join Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care as a Nurse Practitioner – Hospice & Palliative Care, No Weekends in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • WILL DO: Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the hospice, palliative and/or home health programs.
  • provide welcoming and supportive care to our patients and a work environment where all team members feel res.
  • provide team members with two, free, confidential and robust benefit programs designed to provide solutions.
  • provide and coordinate services for patients and families/caregivers.

Requirements

  • Prepares and maintains timely and accurate patient records to support sound medical practice and coding for reimbursement for services provided.
  • Provides ongoing support to clinical staff.
  • Works with HIM Department to ensure medical documentation is authorized/approved as required. WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
  • Minimum Education: Graduate from a nationally accredited educational program as an advanced practitioner of nursing, or adult, family or geriatric nurse practitioner.
