About the Role
Join Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care as a Nurse Practitioner – Hospice & Palliative Care, No Weekends in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- WILL DO: Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the hospice, palliative and/or home health programs.
- provide welcoming and supportive care to our patients and a work environment where all team members feel res.
- provide team members with two, free, confidential and robust benefit programs designed to provide solutions.
- provide and coordinate services for patients and families/caregivers.
Requirements
- Prepares and maintains timely and accurate patient records to support sound medical practice and coding for reimbursement for services provided.
- Provides ongoing support to clinical staff.
- Works with HIM Department to ensure medical documentation is authorized/approved as required. WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum Education: Graduate from a nationally accredited educational program as an advanced practitioner of nursing, or adult, family or geriatric nurse practitioner.

- Salary: $113K - $133K
- 18 days PTO.

- Call responsibilities required.
