About the Role

Join Providence as a Social Worker LCSW – Per Diem in United States. This is a per diem/on call position supporting our clients in the Cully area. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.

Requirements
