Join Providence as a Social Worker LCSW (Per Diem) - PACE in United States. This is a per diem/on call position supporting our clients in the Cully area. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work,.

• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.

• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
