Join Life Care Services as a Occupational Therapist – Sign-On Bonus, Flexible Schedule in Florida. The hourly rate for this position starts at $45.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation

• Supervise and direct OTA in the implementation and progress of the patient treatment plan

• Communicate patient status and needs to the patient, the patient’s family, and other healthcare professionals, as appropriate

Requirements

• Previous SNF therapy experience.
