The Nurse Practitioner will perform focused physical exams, review medical records and history, interpret diagnostic findings, and complete structured evaluation reports. This role is centered on medical disability evaluations without treatment or follow-ups.
An active Nurse Practitioner license and clinical experience are required for this position. Backgrounds in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PM&R, or Orthopedics are preferred.
