About the Role
Join Southwest Network as a Behavioral Health Substance Abuse Specialist (ACT) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- provide and coordinate substance abuse interventions for our most vulnerable members.
- provide individual and group substance use education and interventions, as well as teaching activities and s.
- provide direct services to members and develop plans to help them reach their goals, and review each member’.
- coordinate care with each member, their family, other health care providers and involved parties to ensure that.
Requirements
- Must possess one of the following:
- Master's or bachelor's degree with a behavioral health or related field
- Bachelor's degree in a non
- related field PLUS one year related experience
