The OncoGeneralist serves as the clinical leader of the survivorship program, providing comprehensive care for patients transitioning from active cancer treatment. They are responsible for developing a health-system-wide survivorship model and educating primary care providers to ensure longitudinal care.
Requires an MD/DO degree with board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine and a valid Virginia medical license. Preferred candidates have five or more years of post-residency experience and demonstrated expertise in cancer survivorship care.
